Users can post various types of content on Codwind, granting us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

**7. Dispute Resolution**

Codwind is not a party to user transactions. Disputes between users must be resolved between the parties involved. While Codwind is not obligated to resolve disputes, we may provide assistance as outlined in our policies.

**8. Termination**

Codwind reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

**9. Changes to Terms**

Codwind may modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms.
